Budget Hall
We’re pleased to be able to offer a budget hall option. This lower-priced accommodation will be in Bryn Eithin on the St. Mary’s Village, it has shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
This accommodation is available for a 40-week contract (UG’s) or a 51-week contract (PG’s),Ìýwith a kitchen shared between 8 people and a bathroom shared betweenÌý4Ìýpeople.Ìý

Guaranteed accommodation in your first year
All UK/Ireland applicants who have 18½ûÊÓÆµ University as their Firm Choice, and all international applicant offer holders (conditional or unconditional), areÌýguaranteed a roomÌýfor the first year of your undergraduate degree, as long as you're based at the 18½ûÊÓÆµ campus, your course starts in September and you applyÌýbefore the deadline.ÌýWe'll email you when it's time to apply and you will be able to select the room you want to live in through our online booking system.Ìý
All our accommodation is self-catered and most of our rooms have private en-suite bathrooms.ÌýAll our halls of residenceÌýare within walking distance of the main University buildings and city centre.

Home (UK/Ireland) applicants:ÌýThe accommodation booking system opens on 31 January 2024, and if we're your Firm Choice through UCASÌýwe'll email you to invite you to apply for a room. You must apply beforeÌý31ÌýJuly to be guaranteed a room.
International applicants:ÌýIf you are an International applicant, the guarantee will be dependent on you holdingÌýan offer letter (Conditional or Unconditional)Ìýto study at 18½ûÊÓÆµ University. Visit ourÌýwebpageÌýabout accommodationÌýfor international students for more details
Gym and Campus Life membership included
Gym and Campus Life membership are included for all students living in University accommodation. You can use the main sport centre at Ffriddoedd Village, Canolfan Brailsford, or the fitness room at St Mary's Village.Ìý
Campus Life is a programme of events that run throughout the year,Ìýincluding film nights, quizzes, trips and outdoor activities.
We're sorry thatÌýthis does not apply to students living on the Wrexham Campus, and hall fees in Wrexham are adjusted accordingly.ÌýÌý

We have two accommodation villages, Ffriddoedd and St Mary's. Both are within walking distance of the main University buildings and the city centre.
